The memorial of Glory in Park of 28 Panfilov guardsmen in Almaty was built for the 30th anniversary of Victory over Nazi Germany. The memorial consists of three parts.The first part is the high relief "Oath" (left side) is dedicated to young fighters for Soviet power in Kazakhstan. The Central part of the triptych – "Feat" - captured images of the Panfilov heroes, defended Moscow.
